Messaging Terms and Conditions
Advanced Onsite Services, Inc periodically communicates through digital means, mainly through email and text message in order to provide the most efficient service experience.
Message Types:
You can expect to receive messages via email and or text message for appointment reminders, dispatch updates, and inspection follow ups. Additionally you may receive periodic reminders about work that has been recommended and helpful tips for keeping your system working well.
Message Frequency:
Day of Service:
You can expect text and or email messages to be sent the morning of a service event, at the time the technician has been dispatched, when the technician arrives, and after the technician completes the work.
After Service:
You can expect invoice and estimate notifications to be sent via email and or text message within a 10 day window of the service event and additional reminders up to 6 months afterward.
